Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o. strives for an open, trusting atmosphere in which problems and conflicts can be solved or feedback can be given and received. In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of whistleblowers, as amended, and Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, as amended (hereinafter referred to as „the Act“), we offer the opportunity to raise negative phenomena and thus help to eliminate them, while strengthening the transparency of our corporate culture. We have therefore developed a notification system to ensure that whistleblowers are consistently protected in accordance with the Act.

The Notification can be made through the following communication channels:

1. NAVEX Line: +420 800 144 105 In Czech, English or Korean language. The Notification is forwarded only to the Competent Person.

2. TELEPHONE: +420 800 023 025 Toll-free answering service which forwards the Notification in writting only to the Competent Person.

4. PERSONALLY: To the Competent Person at the registered office of Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o. at Tylova 1/57, 301 28 Plzeň, Czech Republic, by prior agreement on the time of the personal Notification

Notification can also be made to the Ministry of Justice by using the form on the website https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/chci-podat-oznameni/, by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at +420 221 997 840. The whistleblower should have reasonable grounds to believe, given the circumstances and information available to him at the time of notification, that the facts he is notifying or disclosing are true. Therefore, it is not possible to report knowingly false facts, where such conduct may be sanctioned by the competent authorities. Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o. excludes, in accordance with the Act, the receipt of the Notification from person who do not perform work or other similar activities for Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o. pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Act.
