In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of whistleblowers, as amended, and Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, as amended (hereinafter referred to as „the Act“), we offer the opportunity to raise negative phenomena and thus help to eliminate them, while strengthening the transparency of our corporate culture. We have therefore developed a notification system to ensure that whistleblowers are consistently protected in accordance with the Act.

Notification can also be made to the Ministry of Justice by using the form on the website https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/chci-podat-oznameni/, by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at +420 221 997 840. The whistleblower should have reasonable grounds to believe, given the circumstances and information available to him at the time of notification, that the facts he is notifying or disclosing are true. Therefore, it is not possible to report knowingly false facts, where such conduct may be sanctioned by the competent authorities. Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o. excludes, in accordance with the Act, the receipt of the Notification from person who do not perform work or other similar activities for Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o. pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Act.
