• These steam turbines are characterised by their high efficiency, meeting the latest European requirements for cycle efficiency and high operational flexibility. To meet these requirements, Doosan Škoda Power uses a wide range of unified components that are pre-designed for this purpose.

• Regardless of the power plant size, we can supply machines with or without a steam reheating feature. We can build either fast-speed turbines (connected to the generator via a gearbox) or full-speed turbines (firmly connected to the generator) for both 50Hz and 60Hz grid frequencies.

• A more advanced alternative is a combination of turbine parts running at different rotation speeds – i.e. a high-speed high-pressure part connected via a gearbox to the full-speed low-pressure part and the generator.
