Machining

The machining is performed on CNC-machines – horizontal boring and milling machines, horizontal and vertical lathes, gantry-type machining centers with accuracy up to 0.015 mm.

• Horizontal Boring Machines: machining parts to height 6 m, length 14,8 m
• Machining Centres: machining on 4-axis and 5-axis centers
• Horizontal lathes: machining components to dia 5 m, length 14,8 m
• Vertical lathes: machining components to dia 8 m

Heat Treatment

We perform annealing of small, middle-sized and large parts in electric resistance furnaces, local induction and resistance annealing, mounting the rotor wheels, rotor straightening and stabilizing annealing of rotors.

• Furnace: stress relieve annealing parts to size 4,5x5,5x11,6 m
• Rotary furnace: rotor heat stabilization during rotation to dia 2,1 m, length 10 m

Welding

We perform manual shielded welding and welding of rotors on a special welding station.

• Rotor welding stand: welding and surfacing rotors to dia 2,2 m and length 12 m

Assembly

Assembly of products with a weight up to 125 tons.
