On 25 June 2026, the Annual General Meeting of Doosan Škoda Power was held at Parkhotel Plzeň. One of the agenda items was the approval of the profit distribution and the dividend proposal.

The General Meeting approved the proposed dividend payment of CZK 28 per share, representing a total of approximately CZK 893.2 million. The payout is to include the entire profit for 2025 (CZK 487.8 million) as well as part of the retained earnings from previous years (CZK 405.4 million). When announced to the market, the proposal was viewed positively, as it is a significantly higher dividend than last year.

In addition to the dividend, shareholders also discussed the 2025 Annual Report, amendments to the Articles of Association, remuneration of the company’s governing bodies, and other corporate governance-related items.

The record date for entitlement to the dividend is 7 July 2026. The dividend will be paid on 7 August 2026.
