Yesterday, we welcomed Prime Minister Andrej Babiš and Minister of Industry and Trade Karel Havlíček to Doosan Škoda Power as part of their working visit to the Plzeň Region. The government representatives were joined by Daniel Beneš, the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ČEZ; Tomáš Pleskač, the Director of ČEZ’s New Energy Division; Zdeněk Zajíček, the President of the Czech Chamber of Commerce; and Petr Papež, the representative of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in the Pilsen Region.

We briefed the visitors on our current activities and gave them a tour of our shop floor. Discussions also covered the future of the Czech energy sector, the importance of innovation for industry, and other initiatives that are crucial for the further development of industry and the energy sector.

We appreciate the opportunity to showcase our work, technological know-how, and the role of Czech engineering in areas that are of fundamental importance for the future of the energy sector in the Czech Republic!
