The companies I&C Energo and Doosan Škoda Power are expanding their cooperation in the field of nuclear energy. Based on the newly signed Letter of Intent, I&C Energo will participate in the generator replacement project at the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant.
Exactly one month after the contract for the generator replacement project was signed between ČEZ, a.s. and Doosan Škoda Power, the Letter of Intent between Doosan Škoda Power and I&C Energo was concluded on October 9, 2025. The ceremonial signing was attended by the top management of both companies.
I&C Energo has been participating in the tender since 2024 as a subcontractor to Doosan Škoda Power. As part of the project implementation, the company will provide comprehensive activities in the areas of control systems, field instrumentation, EPS, electrical systems, pipeline systems, and other mechanical works within the scope of project (BD/DD), supply, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Jiří Holinka, MBA, CEO and Chairman of the Board of I&C Energo.The newly signed Letter of Intent builds on already successfully implemented projects, such as the power increase at Temelín and Mochovce Nuclear Power Plants, and it also represents a promise of further collaboration, including on the planned new nuclear units at Dukovany. “Cooperation with I&C Energo is a logical step for us, based on their expertise in system solutions for nuclear energy. The generator replacement at the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant is a technically and logistically demanding project that requires excellent coordination and a reliable partner.
