On June 24, 2025 the first General Meeting of Doosan Škoda Power a.s. was held at Slovanský dům, Prague.

During the meeting, the Board of Directors approved the proposed dividend pay-out of CZK 9.76 per share, amounting to a total of CZK 311.34 million for shareholders, based on a net profit of CZK 402.47 million for the year 2024.

The record date for dividend entitlement is June 17, and the payment date is set for July 17.
