This educational programme has been prepared for company employees and covers 45 thematic courses from the following areas:
The target group comprises 199 people from management, sales, purchasing, and manufacturing
There also groups consisting of technical professionals, administrators, a 'Talent' group and skilled workers.
Participants enhance their knowledge and skills,whilst increasing their professional abilities and qualifications. Retaining qualified and adaptable employees also plays a key role in the overall success and competitiveness of the company.
The project extends our human resources programme with new and innovative educational opportunities.
