Doosan Škoda Power has created a range of rewarding programs to realize students’ potential.

Doosan Career

This is for university students in their 4th and 5th years of study. They will be employed by the company subject to a successful interview and appropriate exam results, and will work on various projects within specific departments, according to the company’s needs. Students’ initial remuneration is based on their examination results. Students will gain valuable experience while working for our international company and will undergo a number of training programs, developing their personal skills and professional knowledge. They will also gain work experience in their specialised professional field. The aim of this program is to support students and facilitate the necessary work experience needed for their further professional growth.

Doosan Career Junior

The scholarship program is designed for students of technically oriented high schools and colleges. The program supports the study and development of specialization, its purpose is to provide quality professionals to meet the needs of our company. It also allows to establish cooperation with particular students and consequently employ them. From the first year they are financially supported by scholarship. Under the program, they complete professional experience in our company during the final year of their study, where they can apply theoretical and practical knowledge in their field of study. They will get an interesting experience working in an international company. Instructors are experienced employees with long experience in the field and a high level of expertise. Scholarship is based on students’ examination results and attendance. In addition, within the framework of cooperation they may obtain a number of interesting benefits.

Final Thesis

Doosan Škoda Power allows university students to work on diploma or bachelor thesis topic suggested or approved by the company.

Doosan Thesis Award

The program is intended for students studying relevant disciplines at universities within the European Union. The students considered for a Thesis Award will be working on a thesis topic suggested or approved by Doosan Škoda Power. Our aim is to encourage and support students as they work on their thesis, and to reward their efforts by financial remuneration or a gift. By enabling students to offer their skills to the company, we aim to provide them with a rewarding position at an appropriate level.

Doosan Door Key

This program is intended for university graduates and selected company employees and aims to support good quality candidates from around the world, providing incentives for them to pursue a career with Doosan Škoda Power. Selected candidates will be provided with subsidised accommodation.
